HERE IS ALL INGREDIENTS AND INTRUCTIONS: (actually super easy and DELICIOUS)
VEGAN BANANA MUFFINS
ingredients:
- 3 cups of oats
- 3 ripe bananas
- 2 small or 1 large zucchini grates
- 1/4 cup of peanut or almond butter
- 1/4 cup of agave syrup or maple syrup
- 1 tsp of cinnamon, 1 tsp of vanilla, 1 tbsp of baking powder, pinch of salt
-1/2 cup of almond milk
- 2 tbsp of flax of chia seeds & 6 tbsp of water
1. preheat oven to 375 degrees f, spray muffin pan or oil that shit
2. place flax seed and water in bowl stir then let it sit to gel
3. place peanut butter and syrup in a bowl then microwave for 30 seconds and stir
4. mush bananas in a bowl and add grated zucchini and literally everything else and stir
5. spoon into muffin pan and bake for around 25 minutes idk but keep checking on it idk what kind of oven u have
